When casting external threads, it is easy to take the mould out of the mold, using a two-part thread ring. The machining allowance of 0.2~0.3mm is left. The internal thread can be cast, but it needs to be spun out to make the mold structure complex, so it is generally used to cast the bottom hole, and then the internal thread is machined.
The dimensions of the die casting are shown in table 4-8. The thread of the die cast shall be flat or round head, as shown in figure 4-24,

Note: die casting aluminum alloy thread must have 0 ° to 30 ° inclination of the mold. Copper alloy die casting threads are generally not cast.
